After a very unlucky 24 hours of Spa another podium ( 2nd place ) is arrived for Raffaele Giammaria and the Porsche GT3 R of Autorlando team.

Saturday, August 27, took place the fourth round of the Championship Blancpain Endurance Series in which Raffaele has obtained the second place, winning 18 important points that place in the second position in the overall standings, with the mathematical possibility to play yet the final victory at the next event to be held the October 09 at Silverstone circuit (UK).

Raffaele Giammaria: "The race at Magny-cours was fantastic. Roda has carried out the departure and was going really well, then toward the half of the race has hit unintentionally another driver damaging the bonnet. I did the second stint but during the driver change we lost more than 20 seconds because the filler of refuelling not entered because of the bonnet bent. I have, therefore, a great comeback with a lot of fast laps, delivering the car to Ruberti in 4th position from 13th in which i was slipped just out of the box. Then he did a wonderful stint overcoming two cars and passing under the checkered flag in the second position. A great result that rewarded us of the unluck of the 24 hours of Spa and keeps us still in the fight for the championship to a race from the end. A big applause goes to the Team Autorlando that during the period of summer holidays, managed to assemble a new car in a very short period of time”.
