GT Open: Raffaele 3rd in Spa and 2nd in Brands-Hatch driving the new Ferrari F458 GT2

Good debut for the new car of the Racing Team Edil-Cris and the drivers Raffaele Giammaria and Miguel Ramos. With a third and second place in the last two races, the black Ferrari no. 3 has reduced the gap that separates them from the top of the GT Open championship arriving at -12 points. An important result that rewards the human and economic efforts of team owned by Giancristiano Cavalleri and directed by engineer Enio Bolsieri.

Raffaele Giammaria: "We have decided to focus immediately on the new car instead of our old F430 that many satisfactions gave us in the past two and a half years. The new F458 GT2 is technically superior to the previous, but still needs so much development. I believe that, for the moment, the 430 is still more competitive, but we have to work in the search for the optimal set-up which will allow the 458 to fully exploit its technical characteristics that make it, without a doubt, to another level. At Spa and Brands Hatch we had only limit the damage and we have done it very weel, gaining important points that now allowed us to arrive very close at the top of the championship. There is now a month's break in which the team will work hard at the car set-up so to arrive more competitive in Zeltweg for the next round to be held on August 27-28".
